Digital invitation designs are delivered electronically through email or secure digital sharing methods, and no physical shipping charges apply to digital orders. Printed invitations are carefully packaged to help protect the final products during transit, with shipping costs calculated based on order size, quantity, destination, and selected delivery method.

Digital Order Policy

Digital invitation orders are non-refundable once the final files have been delivered. Clients may request revisions during the active design process before the order is considered completed. After final delivery, VisionByAnu provides an additional 5-day period for small changes or minor updates to the digital invitation design.

Final Design Approval

All customized and printed invitation orders become final once the client approves the design for printing. Clients are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, colours, and event details before final confirmation.
